Design a single family home on a specified lot to accomodate a multi-generational family including a couple in their late 40's and 50's with children from other marriages, including a 5 & 15 year old as well an 18 year old about to go off to college. Also living with the family is the wife's parents, both in their 80's and with one in a wheelchair. The home is to be no more than 3,500 square feet including basement living space and have a flexible enough plan to accomodate future changes.
